A very special trust

Elaine was born with an intellectual disability. Her father passed on after a long battle with cancer and her mother who is the sole breadwinner of the family, had to retire after a major surgery.

Elaine’s mother intends to will part of the proceeds from the sale of her flat to Elaine after she passes on. However she is afraid that Elaine would not be able to manager her own finances.

With the help of SNTC, Elaine’s mother set up a trust account for Elaine to ensure her financial security. This ensures that Elaine’s needs are taken care of in future.
